Context

This course was part of an Iterable new customer onboarding series including self-guided e-learning materials. The experience guided learners through understanding, designing, and building their first email campaign in the Iterable app.

Audience

SaaS employees in the Martech industry who are new to using the Iterable product, and have not created a campaign before.

Impact

After the introduction of this course, I evaluated our learners using the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation. This was implemented at key points post-completion through surveys to determine the content’s level of impact with measurements such as:

  • Course satisfaction

  • Expected relevance to day to day role

  • Actual relevance to day to day role in our marketing product (60 days post-completion)

  • Pre and post-experience confidence in executing new email campaigns
