Context

As the spearhead of our team’s LMS implementation project, I wanted to ensure that learners had multiple opportunities throughout the site to find content that suited their needs in that moment.

This included a home-page prompt for new learners to take our “Path Finder Quiz”, and determine what learning path we recommended starting with.

Audience

SaaS employees in the Martech industry who were new to using our customer academy, or who needed guidance when selecting their next learning materials.

Impact

To measure the impact of this experience, I relied on a click mapping tool, LMS-provided completion analytics, as well as learner surveys to determine the following:

Confidence in knowing “what comes next?” after a learning experience
Content completion rate after taking the quiz VS general content completion rate
