Context

As the spearhead of our team’s LMS implementation project, I wanted to ensure that learners felt confident navigating our new e-learning Academy space.

This video was added to the front page of our academy in addition to a mini-series of “How to Use this Academy” content that all learners started their academy experience with.

Impact

To measure the impact of this experience, I relied on learner surveys to determine the following:

• Confidence in learner understanding of academy offering types

• Confidence in a learner’s ability to find what they need, when they need it in the academy

• Satisfaction rating of the website’s ease of use
